摘要
动态目标实时监控与管理系统是一种基于遥感快速数据采集技术、全球定位系统 (GPS)高精度定位技术、地理信息系统 (GIS)空间分析技术及数据通信技术等的集成系统 .以车辆监控系统为例 ,全面阐述了此类系统的基本特征、技术关键、总体结构和主要功能 .该系统可实现动态目标的准确定位、实时跟踪、安全防卫和动态调度 。
The paper discusses a basic framework and methodology for designing and developing a dynamic object monitoring system. Based on the analyses of the demand on such system, the essential features and key techniques of the system are present. The GPS positioning results processing and matching, precise GIS digital maps making and communication method play very important roles in the system working. Presenting the conceptual design of the system, a general components and application functions of the system are put forward to validate its potential market.
