摘要
文章在0.20~0.35 mol/L的硫酸介质中,用二苯基碳酰二肼作还原剂,还原磷钼杂多酸并与孔雀绿形成离子缔合物,用Triton X-100增溶,形成在590 nm具有强吸收的离子缔合物,其摩尔吸光系数ε_(590)=3.6×10~5L·mol^(-1)·cm^(-1)。文章拟订了钢铁中微量磷的光度测定法,方法不仅快速简便,宜于掌握,而且重现性及准确度均较好。
The article presents a spectrophotometric mcthod for the determination of trace pho sphorus in iron and steel. In a 0. 20~0. 35 mol/L sulphuric acid solution, phosphorus reacts with ammonium molybdate to form phosphomolybdic heteropoly acid, it associates with malachite green to form ion associate with diphenylcarbazide as reductant in the presence of Triton X-100. The method is applied to the determination of phosphorus in iron and steel, and its apparent molar absorptivity is 3.6×10~5 L. mol^(-1). cm^(-1) at 590 nm. The method is not only quick, simple, convenient and easy, but also has good reproducibility and accuracy.
