摘要
主要介绍日本及美国核电厂隔震设计相关的规范,并简要介绍我国用于核电厂抗震评价的规范。这些规范的内容涉及核电厂设计地震的确定,结构的抗震设计分类,推荐使用的隔震支座的类型,隔震支座的性能要求,分析类型的选择、测试及维护要求等。同时,对于核电厂设计中需要面对的非地震灾害的问题,介绍了美国在飞机撞击、爆炸和洪水方面的相关设计规范。这些不同机构制订的规范之间有些互相矛盾的地方,比如推荐使用的隔震支座的类型及分析时输入地震波的选取方法。总而言之,现阶段核电厂隔震设计相关的规范还不完善,对相关规范进行的归纳有助于更好地开展核电厂隔震的应用研究。
This paper reviews design codes in Japan and the United States for seismic isolated nuclear power plants (NPPs) and gives a brief introduction of the design codes in China.These codes deal with the following contents:determination of design base earthquake,seismic design classification,recommending isolator types,performance requirements of bearings,choosing analysis type,testing and maintenance requirements,etc.Meanwhile,as to the issues of non-seismic hazards to NPPs,the design codes in the United States for the aircraft impact,explosion and flood are introduced.As seen there are some discrepancies between the codes such as the type of isolators recommended for use in NPPs and the the methods of choosing input earthquake ground motions.Overall,design codes for seismic isolated NPPs are not well achieved.The content summarized in this paper is believed helpful in applying seismic isolation to NPPs.
