摘要
PVC膜材的老化性能是评价膜材质量,确定不同使用环境下材料的选取,分析结构可靠性和保证膜结构建筑安全的重要指标之一.对常用的Ferrari1202FluolopT2型PVC膜材进行了0 h、86 h和172 h的人工加速老化试验,测试对比了不同老化时间后PVC膜材单轴强度、断裂伸长率和老化率等强度指标变化情况,并进行了老化后PVC膜材循环抗拉和应力松弛实验,分析了老化作用对PVC膜材的非弹性和黏弹性影响,最后总结了本次试验结论并提出下一步研究方向。
The aging property of PVC membrane is one of the indicators to evaluate the membrane material quality,to determine the selection of materials under different use of the environment,and to analyze structural reliability in order to ensure the membrane structure safety.The artificially accelerated aging experiments by using the common Ferrari1202 Fluotop T2 PVC membrane were carried out for 0 hour,86 hours and 172 hours,respectively.The strength indicators including the uniaxial tensile strength,fracture elongation and the aging rate were obtained.The cyclic tension and stress relaxation experiment of the PVC membrane after aging was implemented to analyse the effect of aging on the inelasticity and viscoelasticity of PVC membrane.The conclusion of the experiments was summarized and the further research direction was pointed out.
