摘要
目的观察综合康复专科护理在脑卒中吞咽障碍治疗中的临床效果。方法 60例患者分成对照组(n=30)和观察组(n=30)。两组均接受常规康复吞咽功能训练并采用PHYSIOMED vocaSTIM-Master电刺激治疗。观察组增加综合康复专科护理,共治疗30 d。结果观察组在治疗后,吞咽障碍明显好转(P<0.05)。结论综合康复专科护理能明显提高脑卒中患者的吞咽功能。
Objective To observe the clinical effect of comprehensive rehabilitation specific nursing for stroke sufferers with dysphagia. Methods 60 patients were divided into control group（n = 30）and observation group（n = 30）.Both groups received routine rehabilitation of swallowing function training and adopted PHYSIOMED vocaSTIM-Master electrical stimulation treatment.The observation group were given extra comprehensive rehabilitation specific nursing in a treatment course of 30 days. Results Atter treatment, dysphagia in the observation group was significantly improved（P 〈 0.05）.Conclusion Comprehensive rehabilitation specific nursing can obviously improve the swallowing function of stroke sufferers with dysphagia.
