特勤人员心理健康状况调查及中医与心理干预效果研究 被引量:12

Investigation into mental health status of special duty staff and effect study on traditional Chinese medicine and psychological intervention

摘要 目的探讨特勤人员心理健康状况,并应用中医、心理干预措施,促进舰员心理健康。方法采用症状自评量表(SCL-90)对131名舰员进行问卷调查,尔后运用中医与心理学方法对特勤人员进行干预。并对中医、心理干预前后特勤人员心理健康水平进行比较。结果特勤人员的工作有着自己的特殊性,其工作对特勤人员的心理健康具有一定的影响,从事10年以上特勤工作和10年以下特勤人员在心理健康的所有方面和总体上,t检验差异均未达到显著水平(P>0.05),说明特勤工作对特勤人员的心理健康的影响与年限无关。干预前后特勤人员心理健康水平的对比分析表明,心理健康水平总体和各个因素的差异均达到了十分显著水平(P<0.01)。结论在中医与心理干预下,特勤人员的心理健康水平得到了显著的提高。 Objective To probe into the psychological health status of special duty staff, and to promote their psychological health by means of traditional Chinese medicine and psychological intervention.Methods The Symptom Checklist(SCL-90) was adopted to conduct a questionnaire survey of 131 seamen, then traditional Chinese medicine and psychological intervention were applied.Comparisons were made between the psychological health status among the special duty staff before and after the intervention. Results The special duty staff have their own particularity in service, which has certain influence on their psychological health, in all items and as a whole of the psychological health, the differences of t-test between the special duty staff with more than 10 years and below 10 years in its special service were not significant (P 〉 0.05), which showed that the influence of special service on their psychological health had nothing to do with year span. Contrastive analysis of psychological health status before and after the intervention showed the differences of the whole psychological health status and each item all reached a significant level(P 〈 0.01).Conclusion With the traditional Chinese medicine and psychological interven- tion, the psychological health status of the special duty staff has been improved.
