摘要
目的了解医务人员对微生物标本采集知识掌握情况,探讨影响标本正确采集的相关因素,为开展针对性的职业培训提供科学依据。方法采用自行设计的问卷对303名医务人员进行微生物标本采集相关知识的调查,采用SPSS 13.0软件进行数据整理和统计学分析。结果医务人员对标本保存知识掌握较好,合格率>70.0%;对血、痰、尿标本采集知识的掌握均存在不同程度的问题,血培养中需氧瓶和厌氧瓶的正确选择掌握合格率最低,仅为51.8%;医师组知识的掌握情况优于护理组,中高级职称组知识的掌握情况优于初级职称组。结论应加强对医务人员微生物标本采集知识的培训,特别是对初级的护理人员,提高微生物标本送检质量,保证检验结果准确。
OBJECTIVE To investigate the medical staff＇s knowledge about microbiological specimen collection and discuss the factors that may influence correct specimen collection so as to provide scientific basis for targeted vocational training. METHODS The knowledge about microbiological specimen collection of 303 medical staff was investigated with the use of self-designed questionnaires, then the statistical analysis of the data was performed by using the SPSS 13.0 software. RESULTS In general, more than 70.0% of the medical staff had good understanding of the specimen preservation, but their understanding of the blood, sputum and urine specimen collection remained some problems to varying degree; only 51. 8% of the medical staff mastered the use of aerobic and anaerobic bottles for the blood culture. In general, the physicians had better understanding of the microbial specimens collection than the nurses, and the subjects with medium or high professional titles had better understanding than those with primary titles. CONCLUSION It is necessary to enhance the training of microbial specimens collection knowledge of the medical staff, especially the nursing staff with primary titles, and improve the quality of submitted microbial specimens so as to ensure the accuracy of the inspection result.
