摘要
本文简要介绍了Auger定量分析的方法和对标准试样的要求,提出了较为适合的试样熔化,热处理,机械加工及表面清洗等工艺过程。并设计制造了一个简易的表面清洗装置,可得到较大面积的清洁表面,实验结果表明,采用本文所提出的方法处理标样可以满足做Auger定量分析的需要。
The standard sample preparation involving melting and heat treatment has been described. A new device developed in our laboratory for cleaning the sample surface was been used to clean a Cu-Ni binary system and a Cu-Ni-Pd ternary system. The results show that this standard sample preparation process is satisfactory for quantitative Auger analysis.
