摘要
目的 观察骨髓间充质干细胞（BMSCs）对慢性胰腺炎大鼠血清指标及行为学的影响.方法 SD大鼠随机分为空白对照组、模型组、假治疗组和治疗组,检测大鼠血清指标表达水平,观察大鼠饮食体质量及活动的变化.结果 输入BMSCs后,治疗组的血清淀粉酶、脂肪酶、透明质酸酶表达水平明显降低（P＜0.05）.治疗组的进食量与模型组和假治疗组比较差异无统计学意义（P＞0.05）,但体质量增加[（24±10）g]比较,差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）.结论 BMSCs能够降低慢性胰腺炎的血清淀粉酶、脂肪酶、透明质酸酶的表达水平,改善慢性胰腺炎个体的生活质量.
Objective To observe the effects of Serum biochemical parameters and Behavior of rats with chronic pancreatitis （CP） after injection of the bone marrow mesenchymal stem cells （BMSCs）.Methods SD rats were randomly divided into four groups：control group,model group,sham treatment group and treatment group.Dynamic testing the level of amylase,lipase,hyaluronidase in rats serum.Also recorded the rats body weight changes and dietary changes in daily activities.Results Amylase （226.642 ± 44.238） U/L,lipase （39 ± 11） U/L,hyaluronidase （196 ± 80） U/L of treatment group were lower than that of sham treatment group and model group （P 〈 0.05）.Weight （24 ± 10） g of treatment group were lower than that of sham treatment group and model group （P 〈 0.05）.Conclusion BMSCs could reduce the level of amylase,lipase,hyaluronidase in CP,which was helpful to improve the appetite and the absorption of nutrients of chronic pancreatitis and increase activity of CP.
