摘要
目的了解起搏器植入患者生活质量现状。方法对116例在某三甲医院心脏中心起搏器专科门诊进行起搏器定期程控的患者进行问卷调查。结果生活质量总分(3.93±0.44)分;≥60岁患者心理功能维度得分高于其他年龄段(P<0.05);新型农村合作医疗保险和城镇居民、职工医疗保险患者心理功能维度得分高于自费患者(P<0.05﹚。结论起搏器植入患者生活质量总体处于中等水平,年龄、医疗费用支付方式不同的患者心理功能有差异。
Objective To investigate the level of quality of life in patients with pacemaker implantation. Methods A total of 116 outpatients with pacemaker implantatiori in the Heart Center of a first class hospital were investigated by Quality of Life Questionnaires. Results The total score of quality of life was （3.93±0.44）. The score of mental function in patients more than 60-year-old was higher than other age groups（P〈0.05）. The score of mental function in patients with rural or urban medical insurance was higher than the patients who payout-of-pockets（P〈0.05）. Conclusion The overall quality of life in patients with pacemaker is in middle level, There are differences in mental function in patients with different age,different implantation time and having insurance or not.
