顶压复位椎体成形术治疗骨质疏松性椎体压缩骨折37例 被引量：1

摘要 目的:探讨顶压复位椎体成形术治疗骨质疏松性椎体压缩性骨折的临床疗效。方法:分析37例53-82岁骨质疏松性椎体压缩性骨折的患者采用经皮椎体成形术治疗的临床疗效。根据日本N'NAKANO和T'NAKANO腰背痛手术评定标准,优28例,良9例,有效率达100%。结果:顶压复位椎体成形术对于骨质疏松性椎体压缩性骨折是一种相对安全,简单易行的有效治疗方法,术后及近期止痛,恢复椎体高度,矫正畸形效果满意。
