摘要
模糊特征在住宅价格评估中占有重要地位 ,在科学定义若干基本概念的基础上 ,提出了运用模糊综合评判进行住宅价格评估的方法 ,该方法把模糊评判和享乐价格方法相结合 ,解决了住宅价格评估中模糊特征的合理量化问题 ,具有科学、合理、易于操作等特点。
Fuzzy attributes are very important in housing price appraisal. This paper advances a method of appraisal using fazzy comprehensive evaluation, on the basis of scientific definitions for some basic ideas. This method solves the problem of rational quantification for fuzzy attributes in housing price appraisal, connecting the fuzzy evaluation with the hedonic approach. It is very scientific, reasonable and easy to carry out.
