摘要
分析了在互联网行业中 ,风险投资规模与互联网企业发展的相互关系。在此基础上 ,构建了互联网企业不同发展阶段对风险资本量的需求模型 ,为决定互联网企业发展各阶段对风险投资的需求额度和制定互联网企业融资计划提供一种量化分析方法。
This article makes a research on establishing the Internet company's demand model on venture capital on the basis of the dynamic relationship between the different operation stages of Internet company and the investment scale of venture capital. This model provides a quantitative analyzing method to decide how much venture capital should be invested into Internet company in the light of Internet company's development stage.
