摘要
针对当今时代的特征 ,通过理论演绎 ,认识信息化对人类发展的极其重要的意义。结合上海的实际 ,指出信息化是上海进一步发展的必然之路。上海在信息化进程中 ,必须高度重视信息网络与实体网络的两相整合 ,可简称为“虚”、“实”两种网络的整合 ;在虚实两种网络整合的基础之上的上海 ,本文特称之为“网络上海”。本文建议大力推进“网络上海”的建设 ,由此可以获得 1 + 1 >2的系统集聚效应 ,获得高一层的综合效率与效益 ,从而可以大大加快上海发展的进程 ,及早跨上经济与社会发展的新台阶。
In this paper the great significance of the informatization for the human development is understood via the theoretical deduction with features of the current era. It is pointed out that the informatization is the necessary way for the further development of Shanghai. In the informatization process in Shanghai, the great attention must be paid to the integration of the information networks and the correspondent substantial networks. i.e. the integration of the “virtual” and “substantial” networks in short. The Shanghai on the basis of the above integration is called as the “Net\|Shanghai” in this paper. It is suggested to promote to construct the “Net\|Shanghai” with a big effort for obtaining the system fusion effect with 1+1>2 and higher comprehensive efficiency and benefits, thereby to accelerate the development of Shanghai and to go up a new step of the economic and social development.
