摘要
对汽车主减速器从动斜齿轮断齿的断口进行了宏观检测 ,并对其金相组织进行了分析 ,找出了产生故障的原因。
A macro testing is made on the nick of the fracture gear in the passive oblique gear of auto's main decelerator. An analysis is made on the structure of its metal phase as well. The causes of trouble are found out. Thus, the corresponding measures for improvements on the former techniques are put forward.
