多孔钽作为骨植入材料的研究进展 被引量:17

摘要 钛及钛合金具有良好的机械强度和生物相容性,是骨科植入物和牙种植体的首选材料。通过对钛进行表面生物改性,可显著增强其与宿主骨的整合能力。但钛存在弹性模量高及易生理腐蚀等弱点,影响了其临床成功率。多孔钽克服了以上不足,以其优异的力学性能和生物相容性,引起了研究者们的广泛关注,为骨植入材料提供了新的发展方向。目前,多孔钽植入材料已广泛应用于骨科领域,取得了令人满意的临床效果。近年来,多孔钽牙种植体的研究也越来越受到重视,展现了良好的应用前景。本文将对多孔钽骨植入材料的研究进展作一综述。
