摘要
通过1例三磷酸腺苷二钠氯化镁注射液致呼吸困难的病例,提出应进一步了解我院药品不良反应/事件(ADR/ADE)发生的特点及相关因素,促进临床合理用药。应重视ADR/ADE的监测和上报工作,规范临床合理用药,保证患者用药安全。
This article introduced one case of dyspnea caused by adenosine disodium triphosphate and magnesium chloride injection . It is necessary to study the characteristics and related factors of adverse drug reactions/ events （ ADRs/ADEs ） which occurred in our hospital so as to promote rational use of drugs clinically . Importance should be attached to the reporting and monitoring of ADRs/ADEs so as to standardize the rational use of drugs and ensure the medication safety .
