摘要
科学评价消防车辆所处的状态对于车辆的购买、维修和淘汰有着重要的指导作用。按照层次分析法的基本原理分析了影响车辆效能各个因素的层次关系,初步确定了因素的权重,并通过开发软件减少了复杂的矩阵运算。测试表明,通过前台简单操作就可以计算出待评车辆的效能,计算结果有很好的参考价值。
A scientific evaluation of the state of fire vehicles plays an important role for the purchase, maintenance and elimination of vehicles. This paper analyzes the hierarchical relationships of the various factors affecting the per- formance of the vehicle in accordance with the basic principle of AHP, and determines the preliminary weight of the factors. The software is developed to reduce complex matrix operations. Tests show that, the effectiveness of fire ve- hicles can be calculated through the simple operation of the foreground interface, and the calculated results have a good reference value.
