摘要
钴在氨性底液中能对甲胎蛋白产生催化电流,采用双抗体免疫反应,可直接测定人体甲胎蛋白,炅敏度优于放射免疫法。
In an ammoniacal supporting eleetrolate, alpha-fetoprotein(AFP) antigen and its antibody can produce the catalytical current with cobalt(Ⅱ). Through the double antibody immunological reaction, the concentration of AFP in human serum can be directly determined. The detection limit for AFP is 2.5pg/ml, lower than radio-immunassay's This method is applied to clinic analysis.
