摘要
以金黄色葡萄球菌等3种G+致病菌为供试菌,研究马尾松针水提物对其细胞活性的影响。试验结果表明:随着马尾松针水提物作用时间的延长,对3种G+菌的抑菌率呈增长趋势。水提物主要抑制G+菌生长对数期的菌体分裂。与对照组相比,经松针水提物处理8 h,培养液的电导率极显著高于对照组,可溶性糖浓度增幅0.27~1.54 mg/100 mL;经松针水提物处理12 h,菌体细胞对环境中的磷和氧气的消耗趋于停止。松针水提物损伤了G+菌的细胞膜,加大了细胞膜的通透性,细胞内物质渗漏,从而抑制细菌的增殖与生长。
The antimicrobial activity of Pinus massoniana needles against three species of Gram-positive bacteria (S. aureus, B.subtilis and B.cereus) cells were investigated. As the results showed, water extract from Pinus ma^soniana nee- dies had antimicrobial ratio against three species of Gram-positive bacteria with the increase of and time. The electric conductivity had a marked increase,and total sugar concentration of microbial broth were increased by 0.27 mg/100 mL at least compared with the control. After the treatment with the water extract for 12 hours, the consumption of phosphorous and oxygen ware gradually reduced till eompletely ceased. The facts indicated that water extract could damage the structure of cell membrane, which resulted in the increase of permeability of cell membrane and release of cell components.
