摘要
研究了新试剂 2 - (H酸偶氮 ) - 4,5 -二硝基酚 (HADNP)与铝的显色反应 ,在pH5 .3的六次甲基四胺 -盐酸缓冲介质中 ,HADNP与Al3+生成 3比 1的紫色络合物 ,λmax=5 70nm ,ε =3 .2 9× 10 4 L·mol-1·cm-1,Al质量浓度在 0~ 480 μg·L-1内符合比尔定律 ,方法用于水样测定 。
Colour reaction of 2-(H-acidazo)-4,5-dinitrophenol(HADNP) with aluminium was studied.In pH5.3 (CH 2) 6N 4-HCl buffer solution,HADNP can react with Al 3+ to form a 3∶1 stable complex.The molar absorptivity is 3.29×10 4 L·mol -1 ·cm -1 at 570?nm.Beer's law is obeyed in the range of 0~480?μg·L -1 .This method can be applied to the determination of aluminium in water with satisfactory results.
