摘要
针对水基动力无杆抽油机的故障的隐蔽性、复杂性、不确定性、随机性、突发性、模糊性及分散性等特点,设计了无杆抽油机状态监测与故障诊断系统,并对其系统功能、硬件的组成、相关的分析方法以及软件设计作了介绍。通过现场一台无杆抽油机井测得的正常运转状态下的井口振动信号进行了测试实验,证明了该系统对无杆抽油机运行状态进行监测的有效性,具有一定的应用价值。
On account of the features of water base power rod-less oil pumping machine such as elusiveness, complexity, uncertainty, randomness, abruptness, fuzziness and dispersion, a status monitoring and fault diagnosis system of rod-less oil pumping machine is designed. The system functions, hardware components, analysis method and software design are introduced then. By analyzing the vibration signal of a field devices under normal state, the research shows that this system has effectiveness and application value on the state monitoring of rod-less oil pumping machine.
