摘要
目的评估精囊镜技术在血精诊断和治疗中的临床疗效和安全性。方法47例诊断为血精的患者随机分为两组，对照组23例给予口服抗生素＋a受体阻滞剂，治疗组24例采用精囊镜诊治。治疗后随访6个月，对血精治疗疗效及精囊镜的并发症进行统计。结果对照组血精治疗缓解率为73．9％，治疗组为95．8％，P〈0．05；对照组血精复发率为35．3％，而治疗组为9．1％，P〈0．05。精囊镜术后2例出现射精疼痛，给予口服抗感染药物1周缓解，2例术后1周出现急性附睾炎，给予抗感染治疗1周后治愈。未出现逆行射精、尿失禁及尿道狭窄等并发症。结论精囊镜技术是一种处理血精的行之有效的方法，疗效好，并发症少，值得临床推广应用。
Objective To evaluate the clinical efficiency and security of seminal vesiculoscopy in the diagnosis and treatment of hemospermia. Methods Total of 47 cases with hemospermia were randomly divided into the control group（23 cases, treated with antibiotics plus a blockers） and the treatment group （24 cases, treated with seminal vesiculoscopy）. After 6 months following-up, the efficacy of the two groups and the complications of seminal vesiculoscopy were statisctically assessed. Results The remission rates of hemospermia in the control group and in the treatment group were 73.9% and 95.8% respectively（P=- 0.035）, the relapse rates of hemospermia were 35.3% and 9.1% （P=0.044）, there were statistically significant difference between the two groups.Two cases got painful ejaculation after seminal vesiculoscopy, they got relief by taking antibiotics about one week.Another two cases suffered from acute epididymitis in one week after operation, and recovered after one week antibiotics treatment. Other complications such as retrograde ejaculation, urinary incontinence and urethral stricture did not occur. Conclusion Seminal vesiculoscopy with advantageous of safety, high rate of detection, better treatment effect and fewer complications, deserves to be applied in the diagnosis and treatment ofhemospermia.
