摘要
本文采用傅里叶变换红外差示光谱对叶枯灵进行超微量测定,最低检测量为60ng。同时与 HPLC 联用测定出叶枯灵在肝微粒体代谢产物中有苯甲酸和叶枯灵。本法为叶枯灵的痕量定性分析提供了一种可选择的方法。
A method is described for the ultramicrosample determination of 2-benzoyl-hy- drazono-1,3-dithiolane (BHD) by FT-IR substractive spectroscopy.The detection limit is 60ng.BHD and benzoic acid in the metabolite of BHD separated by HPLC are determined. It is a choice method for microsample qualitative analysis.
