摘要
钢(Ⅲ)在含桑色素的 pH2.4 HCl 或 HCl-邻苯二甲酸氢钾缓冲溶液中,于-0.67V(vs.SCE)处产生一极灵敏、有吸附特性的示波极谱电流。阴离子表面活性剂及其它辅助试剂的加入,使方法检出限可达0.8ng/ml(一次导数)和0.2ng/ml(二次导数)In(Ⅲ),选择性也得到提高。用于复杂合金中微量铟的测定,结果准确、可靠。
Indium(Ⅲ) and morin in hydrochloric acid solution(pH2.4) or in hydrochlo- ric acid-potassium biphthalate buffer solution(pH2.4) can yield a very sensitive,adsorptive oscillopolarographic current at -0.67 V(vs.SCE).The sensitivity and selectivity of this current could be improved still further,after adding the anion surfactant and the other auxiliary reagents.The detection limit was 0.8ng/ml (the primary derivative) and 0.2ng/ ml (the secondary derivative) for In(Ⅲ) respectively.The proposed method has been app- lied to determination of trace amounts of indium in the superalloy,the results were accu- rate and reliable.
