摘要
本文提出了在阴离子表面活性剂十二烷基硫酸钠存在下,将 Au(Ⅰ)直接在水相中与硫代米蚩酮(TMK)显色,比普遍使用的 Au(Ⅲ)与 TMK^T 显色有更大的优越性。由于避免了紫色氧化型(TMK^+)中间产物的形成,从根本上提高了红色配合物的稳定性,吸光度在24h 内无显著变化。
The colour reaction of Au(Ⅰ)-thicmiche's ketone (TMK) system in the presence of anionic surfaetant sodium lauryl sulphate is studied.The maximum abscrption is at 555 nm,and the molar absorptivity of the complex is 1.1×10~5 L·mol^(-1)·cm^(-1).Beer's law is obeyed in the concentration range of 0~1μg/ml for Au.The complex is stable at least for 24 h.The composition ratio of Au(Ⅰ)/TMK is 1:4.This method is simple and rapid, and has been used for the determination of gold in ores.Satisfaetory results have been obtained with detection for gold of 00.5 to 200 g/t.
