摘要
本文报道了热处理四苯基钴卟啉修饰玻碳电极的制备条件。研究了上述电极采用循环伏安法和微分脉冲伏安法测定水中溶解氧(DO)的最佳条件。结果表明热处理钴卟啉修饰电极测定水中氧的灵敏度比铁卟啉修饰电极提高一个数量级,并且精密度高,并为钴卟啉修饰电极测定水中溶解氧建立了新方法。
Preparation conditions for glassy carbon surface modified with cobalt tetraphenyl- porphyrin by heat treatment [(CoTPP/GC)_h] have been presented.The optimal condition for cyclic voltammetric and differential pulse voltammetric determination of dissolved oxygen(DO)in water with the CME has been studied.The results show that sensitivity of the determination of DO with (CoTPP/GC)_h is one order of magnitude higher than that with (FeTPP/GC)_h.A differential pulse voltammetric method with higher precision for the determination of DO in water by(CoTPP/GC)_h electrode has been proposed for the first time.
