摘要 本文研究了浮选技术与原子吸收光谱测定相结合的新方法,灵敏度高、选择性好可连续测定多种痕量元素,操作简便快速。建立了M-SCN-RB、M-I-MB、M-I-MV、M-Br-RB萃取浮选和M-SCN-CPC泡沫浮选体系,直接用火焰原子吸收法测定。研究了金属离子在上述各体系中的浮选行为和分析特性,讨论了测定灵敏度,选择性和竞争浮选的问题。已用于测定水中ppb级Cd、Ag、Au、Pb、Cu、Bi和矿物中Au、Ag、Cd、Pb、Cu、Bi,分析结果与标准值相吻合。 A sensitive, precise and selective method for continuous determination of trace amounts of metallic eleanent, based on the ion associate between M^(n+) and I^-, Br^- or SCN^- complex with methylene blue (MB), methyl violet (MV) or rhodamine B (RB), has been developed. The ion associate, M-I-MB, M-I-MV, M-Br-RB and M-SCN-RB, is floated with methyl benzene and dissolved in dimethyl-formamide (DMF), and its determination is carried out by FAAS. The floating condition and behavicur of metallic ion (M^(n+)) and analytial feature have been studied. The concentrating times is over 100. This method has been used for the determination of environmental and geological samples. The analytical results obtained for metallic element in ore are in agreement with the standard value. @The authors also studied the ion floatation behaviour of thirteen metallic ions in thiocyanate-CPC system, of which CPC is the cationic surfactant cetypridinium chloride. This method has been applied successfully to the determination of trace amounts of Cu and Fe in the sea water.
