摘要
研究了钪(Ⅲ)-5-Br-PADAP-CTMAB显色体系的光度特性,在pH5.2~6.9范围内,本显色体系在595nm处有最大吸收,摩尔吸光系数ε=1.2×10~5L·mol^(-1)·cm^(-1),对比度较高,显色速度快。配合物组成Sc∶5-Br-PADAP=1∶2,形成稳定常数(logβ_1)为4.85。在0~30βg Sc/50ml范围内服从比尔定律,本法不经分离直接测定氧化镧(或氧化铈)中的微量钪,获得满意的结果。
The spectrophotometric properties of scandium (Ⅲ)-2-(5-bromo-2-pyridylazo)-5-diethylaminophenol (5-Br-PADAP)-cetyltrimethyl ammonium bromidec colcur system were studied. The apparent molar absorptivity is 1.2×10~5 L·mol^(-1)·cm^(-1) at λ_(max)=595nm in the range of pH 5.2~6.9, and the blank correction at 595 nm approaches to zero, The composition ratio is Sc (Ⅲ): 5-Br-PADAP=1:2, the formation constant is log β_1=4.85. Beer's law is obeyed in the range of 0~30 μg Sc/50ml. This method proves to be satisfactory for the direct determination of trace amounts of scandium in La_2O_3 and Ce_2O_3 without separation.
