摘要
以微型计算机和分光光度计联机用催化光度法测定痕量铅,以过硫酸钾氧化儿茶素作指示反应。在440nm测儿茶素氧化产物的吸光度变化。在pH9.3,K_2S_2O_8和儿茶素浓度分别为0.08和3.75×10^(-4)mol/L时可测0.4μg/ml以下的铅。
With an on-line micro-computer connected to a speetrophotometer, trace amount of lead was determined by catalytic kinetics. The reaction in which catechin is oxidized by potassium peroxydisulfate was used as indicative reacticn. The absorbance change of the oxidation product of catechin at 440 nm was measured, Lead was determined under condition of 0,08 mol/L K_2S_2O_8 and 3.75×10^(-4) mol/L catechin at pH 9. 3. Though Ag^+, Cu^(2+), Cd^(2+), Zn^(2+) and Fe^(3+) interfere, they can be eliminated by masking, when their amount is less than 40, 18, 18, 13 and 13 times of lead respectively, Bi interferes with the determination, when its amount is 4 times of Pb.
