摘要
对不同SiO2 负载磷钨酸 (PW )催化剂的表面性质、热稳定性、酸性、以及对苯与丙烯和 1 十二烯的烷基化反应的催化活性进行了对比研究 .结果表明 ,PW在SiO2 上的分散状况与SiO2 的比表面积和孔径大小有关 ,PW与载体表面作用的强弱会直接影响负载型催化剂的热稳定性和酸性 .采用不同的SiO2 可以制得比表面积、孔结构和酸强度不同的负载型PW催化剂 。
A series of H 3PW 12 O 40 (PW) SiO 2 catalysts were prepared by impregnation of different silica with phosphotungstic acid solution and were characterized by XRD, 31 P MAS NMR and DTA. The catalytic performance in alkylation reactions of benzene with propylene and 1 dodecene was tested. It has been found that the physicochemical and catalytic performance of the supported catalyst depend remarkably on the properties of the silica support. PW can be deposited uniformly on the silica with high surface area and large pore size. The thermal stability and the acid strength of the supported catalysts are directly affected by the interaction between PW and the surface OH of silica. Different catalysts with different surface area, pore structure, acid strength and catalytic performance can be prepared by selecting different silica to meet the requirements of various chemical reactions.
