摘要
研究了锦屏磷矿在盐酸中的溶解动力学.发现温度、氢离子浓度是影响溶解反应速度的主要因素.矿粉粒度、添加表面活性剂、搅拌速度、都对溶解反应速度产生较大影响,当溶解率小于0.5时,属于化学反应控制过程,测得溶解反应频率因子k0=4.49,活化能E=36. 87kJ· mol~(-1).
The dissolution kinetics of Jinping phosphate ore was studied in hydrochloric acid (0.1 - 1. 0 mol·L^(-1)). It was found that the hydrogen ions concentration and temperature are controlling factors. The effects of the size of ore particles, stirring intensity and surface active agent was also larger. While X<0.5, The dissolution process is a chemical control process. The frequency factor k0=4.49, and the activation energy E=36.8 kJ·mol^(-1).
