摘要
对木粉醚化合成木粉聚醚的合成工艺进行进一步研究,找到了一种新的催化剂,考察了各种影响因素对催化反应的影响,获得了较佳工艺条件;并对各种聚醚的粘度进行了测定。实验表明,该种新工艺进一步提高了水粉的液化率,大大降低了木粉聚醚的粘度,完全能够满足现有聚氨酯生产设备的要求。
A new process for synthesizing wood flour polyether was studied by means of etherealization of wood flour. A suitable catalyst was found. The influence of main factor on synthesis reaction were discussed, and the optimal technological condition were also determined. In addition, the viscosity of polyether have been measured. I was indicated experimentally that the liquefied rate of the wood flour are enhanced, the viscosity of wood flour polyether were reduced, which can meet the requirement of equipment of production to polyurethane.
