摘要
目的：探讨高血压患者坚持服药治疗的影响因素及相应的护理对策。方法：选取2012年6月～2013年7月我院心内科收治的高血压患者680例，本组患者的调查方法采用自设问卷调查，调查内容包括患者一般情况（文化程度、婚姻、年龄、性别等），是否接受过高血压的健康教育、对于停药的危害是否了解、是否得到医护人员的及时指导、是否坚持按时服药、是否规律地测量血压、服药依从性、高血压的保健知识、治疗史、高血压痛史等。结果：本组680例高血压患者中，有352例服药依从性不佳，有328例服药依从性佳，依从率为48．24％。I级高血压服药依从性为36．13％；Ⅱ级离血压服药依从性为82．22％；Ⅲ级高血压服药依从性为35．79％。结论：我国高血压防治任务艰巨，被调查的高血压患者中多数能够规律服药，而规律服药者中的血压控制较好，同时，再有针对性地进行相应的护理预防，则能够有效地提高患者的生存质量，及病情的控制率和治愈率。
Objective：To study on the influential factors of medication compliance in hypertension patients and corresponding nursing countermeasures. Method Selected in June 2012 to July 2013 in our hospital Cardiology hypertensive patients treated 680 cases, this group of patients using its own methods of investigation questionnaire survey included general condition of patients（education level, marital status, age, gender, etc. ）, whether received health education of hypertension,for stopping the harm you understand,whether the medical staff timely guidance,whether to insist on regular medication,whether regularly measure blood pressure, medication compliance, hypertension, health knowledge, treatment history history of hypertension and so on. Results The group of 680 cases of hypertensive patients, 352 cases of poor medication adherence, there are 328 cases better medication compliance, compliance rate was 48. 24%. Grade Ⅰ hypertensive medication compliance was 36.13M % Ⅱ grade hypertensive medication compliance was 82.22M % Ⅲ grade hypertensive medication com- pliance was 35.79 %. Conclusions Arduous task of hypertension, hypertensive patients surveyed most able regular medication, and regular medication in a bet-ter blood pressure control,and then make the appropriate targeted preventive care,you can effectively improve the patient＇s quality of life,and disease control and cure rates.
