摘要
在乙醇胺-盐酸和0.3%抗坏血酸溶液中(pH9.3),用单扫示波极谱法于-0.62V(vs.SCE)可得到Pb(Ⅱ)-抗坏血酸配合物吸附波。铅含量在9.6×10^(-9)~2.4×10^(-6)mol/L范围内与波高有线性关系,检检限达4.8×10^(-9)mol/L。研究确定此波为1:1铅-抗坏血酸配合物在电极上吸附还原而产生。利用该波测定了尿铅的含量。
A sensitive adsorptive polarographie wave of lead-astor ic acid complex with E_P=-0.62 V (vs.SCE) has been observed by using single-sweep polarography in ethanola-mine-hydrochloric acid buffer solution (pH=9.3) containing 0.3% ascorbic acid. The peak height is linearly proportional to the lead ocncentration over a range of 9.6×10^(-9)~2.4×10^(-6)mol/L. The detection limit is 4.8×10^(-9)mol/L. This method was applied to the determination of trace amounts of lead in ur ne. The behaviour and mechanism of the polarographic wave have been discussed.
