摘要
本文以马来酸酐、苯胺为原料 ,三乙胺为脱水催化剂合成了 7种含苯取代基的马来酰亚胺单体 ( Ph MI) ,采用元素分析 EA、核磁共振 NMR、傅立叶红外 FT-IR等仪器对产物及中间产物的结构进行表征 ,并对单体熔、溶性能和聚合反应性进行考察。结果表明 ,合成产物与预期产品结构一致 ;7种单体中 ,(邻或间 -甲 )苯基马来酰亚胺的熔、溶性能最好 ;除邻 -甲苯基马来酰亚胺较难聚合外 ,其余单体具有良好的聚合性能。
The synthesis of a series of arylmaleimides is studied in this paper.The structures of 7 kind arylmaleimides were proved by several modern analysis techniques such as EA, 1H NMR, FT IR etc.The results of property test showed that most synthetic monomer samples hold good solubility and reactivity of polymerization.
