聚偏氟乙烯微孔膜处理含铬(Ⅲ)水溶液的研究 被引量:15

摘要 采用自制聚偏氟乙烯 ( PVDF)微孔膜和商品 PVDF膜对含铬 ( )水溶液进行了减压膜蒸馏分离实验研究。结果表明 ,两种膜的膜通量相接近 ,商品膜对铬的截留率达 90 %以上。讨论了膜性能参数和实验条件对膜通量和截留率的影响。 The treatment of Cr 3+ aqueous solution by vacuum membrane distillation technique with laboratory and commercial strengthened microporous ploy (vinylidene fluoride) membranes were investigated under various operating conditions.The results suggested that the two kinds of membranes had flux values approximate to one another.The solute rejections of commercial membranes were higher than 90%.The effect of membrane parameters and operating conditions on the flux and solute rejection of membreanes had been discussed.
