摘要
建立了测定环境水中痕量砷的荧光新方法 ,在 p H 6.5~ 7.5的缓冲介质中 ,利用 2′,7′-二氯荧光素 (DCF)作为荧光试剂 ,激发波长 λex=51 0 nm,发射波长 λem=52 8nm下 ,测定痕量砷 ,亚砷酸根浓度在 0 .2 5~ 3.50 μg/2 5m L范围内 ,相对荧光强度差值与亚砷酸根浓度呈线性关系 ,检测限为 0 .1 6μg/2 5m L,用于检测自来水和池塘水中的痕量砷 ,回收率为 95%~ 1 0 5%。
A fluorimetric method was developed for determination of arsenite with 2′,7′ dichlorofluorescein as fluorescent reagent ( λ ex =510 nm, λ em =528 nm) at pH 6.5~7.5. A linear calibration curve was obtained in the range 0.25~3.5 μg per 25 mL for arsenite with detection limit of 0.16 μg per 25 mL. The method was applied successfully to determination of arsenite in tap and pool water samples.
