摘要
研究了阴离子型β-环糊精衍生物对 Zr( ) -桑色素、Al( ) -铁试剂、Al( ) - H2 QS(8-羟基喹啉 - 5-磺酸 )等不同荧光体系的荧光增敏效应 ,结果表明不同电性客体及所处微环境对荧光反应有较大影响。探讨了荧光增敏特点和相关机理。
The fluorescence enhancement of anionic β Cyclodelxtrin derivatives in different fluorescence systems such as Zr(Ⅳ) morin,Al(Ⅲ) ferron and Al(Ⅲ) H 2QS was studied. The results show that the fluorescence enhancement were influenced by different chemical structure of fluorophoric reagents and surrounding microenvironment. The mechanism of fluorescence enhancement were studied.
