摘要
研究了新显色剂二溴对甲基偶氮溴磺与铈组稀土的显色反应 ,在 0 .6mol·L-1的盐酸介质中 ,试剂与铈组稀土元素形成 2∶ 1稳定的蓝色络合物 ,其最大吸收波长位于 642 nm处 ,稀土含量在 0~ 1 .0 μg/m L 范围内符合比耳定律。建立了直接光度法测定钢铁样品中铈组稀土总量的方法。
A new method for determination of cerium subgroup rare earths was studied and reported. It was found that rare earth ions could react with a new chromogenic reagent dibromo p methyl bromosulfonazo in hydrochloric acid medium to form a 1:2 stable blue complex with an absorption maximum at 642 nm. Beer`s law is obeyed for the rare earths in the range of 0~1 0μg/mL. The method was applied to determination of the total amount of cerium subgroup rare earths in steel samples with satisfactory results.
