摘要
本文提出了一种高性能流动体系电流检测器,它采用薄层型结构,工作电极与辅助电极面对面放置,参比电极放在工作电极的下游,用一片离子选择膜将工作电极与辅助电极隔开。这样,不仅克服了目前多数电流检测器所存在的工作电极表面各点电位不一致。电流密度分布不均匀,溶液欧姆电位降大,工作电极面积利用率低等缺点,而且保持了原有检测器中工作电极与辅助电极处于上、下游,避免了辅助电极反应产物的干扰的特点,提高了检测器的灵敏度,扩大了浓度线性范围。
A high performance amperometric detector for flow-through systems is presented. The detector takes the structure of thin layer cell with working electrode(WE), opposite auxiliary electrode(AE) and the reference electrode(RE) at the downstream of WE. A piece of ion-exchange membrane is used to keep WE from the effect of AE products. This amperometric detector not only maintains the advantages of conventional detectors, but also overcomes their drawbacks. The main characteristics are as follows: iden ical potential at different position of WE; uniform current distribution of WE surface; low ohmic potential drop; high utilization of WE area; no influence from AE; high sensitivity; good current linearity for broad range of concentration.
