摘要
党和国家把新型城镇化作为一个新的发展战略推进新型城镇化必须充分考虑中国的人口、国土、经济和粮食状况以及公平正义的理念该文建议一要遵循城镇化发展的基本规律,可持续的推进;二要促进公共服务均等化,让农本更美好;三要推产城城一体化式,节约利用资源。
It is a new national developmental strategy to promote the new- style urbanization, during the process of whieh the situation of the population, territorial resources, economy and food security as well as the concept of fairness and justice must be taken into consideration. The author of this paper also raises the relevant suggestions such as the sustainable development, equal public services and the integration of industries and cities.
