摘要
在一定范围内 ,羧苄西林钠对棉花愈伤组织的诱导和生长有促进作用 ,影响效果呈曲线分布 .对珂字 2 0 1的愈伤诱导表明 ,羧苄西林钠对棉花下胚轴的适宜浓度为 2 5 0~ 10 0 0mg/L ,对子叶的适宜浓度为 2 5 0~ 75 0mg/L .对珂字 2 0 1的愈伤组织增殖来说 ,羧苄西林钠初期抑制了棉花愈伤组织的生长 ,后期则促进生长 ,且随着羧苄西林钠浓度的增加 ,抑制时间也逐渐延长 .在 5 0 0mg/L的羧变西林钠浓度下添加 70mg/L的卡那霉素对棉花愈伤组织的诱导和生长有明显的致死作用 .
Cerbencillin sodium promotes the formation and proliferation of callus from cotton (Gossypium hirsutum) in a certain concentration range. The effect was in a curve to the concentration. The optimum concentration is about 250~ 1?000 ?mg/L for the hypocotyl callus formation of Coker 201, and 250~750?mg/L for the cotyledon. cerbencillin sodium inhibited the proliferation of cotton callus of Coker 201 at beginning and promote in the later time. With the increase of cerbencillin sodium concentration, the inhibiting time was longer. The formation and proliferation of callus were inhibited and killed when cerbencillin sodium (concentration of 500?mg/L) and kannamycin(concentration of 70?mg/L) added at the same time.
