Synthesis and Characterization of N-(substitutedphenyl)- 2-(p-chlorophenoxy acetyl)hydrazinecarboxyamide

摘要 以无机碱为催化剂 ,用不同的 N - (取代苯基 )三氯乙酰胺与对氯苯氧乙酰肼反应 ,首次合成了 3种新的取代氨基脲类化合物 N- (取代苯基 ) - 2 - (对氯苯氧乙酰基 )氨基脲 ,产率 71%以上。 Three new N-(substitutedphenyl)-2-(p-chlorophenoxy acetyl)hydrazinecarboxyamide were synthesized by the reaction of N-substituted trichloroacetanilide with p-chloro-phenoxyacetyl hydrazine. Their structures were confirmed by elemental analysis, IR and 1H NMR.
