摘要
通过复合絮凝一化学氧化一光催化氧化相结合的方法对造纸中段废水有机物进行降解处理。实验结果表明:添加配比为PAC∶PAFC∶CPAM=3∶6∶1(体积比)的复合絮凝剂20mg/L絮凝处理,再用2.0mg/L过硫酸铵氧化降解,最后用二氧化钛薄膜来进行光催化氧化三步结合法处理。在最佳工艺条件下,可使造纸废水中的CODcr去除率高达96.3%,处理后水可以满足新的排放标准(GB3544—2008)。
This paper mainly studied on the degradation of organics from washing and bleaching effluent in paper mill by the method of coagulating sedimentation-titanium dioxide film-photocatalytic oxidation. The experimental re-suits show that after combined three step treatment, i. e. first flocculation of composite floeculant with a volume ratio of PAC: PAFC: PAM = 3: 6:1 and 20mg/L concentration, then the chemical oxidation with 2.0mg/L ammonium persulfate, and finally photocatalytic oxidation with a thin film of titanium dioxide, and at the optimal conditon, the removal rate of CODer in the efflucent can reach up to 96.3% ,the treated waste water can meet the requirement of natioral polluatant discharge new standand( GB3544-2008).
