摘要
本文提出了利用金属离子和另一种内标离子的(dE/dt)-E曲线所产生的切口高度比的对数值,对金属离子浓度的线性关系,并用该直线的截距和斜率反推出内标离子的浓度,进一步证明方法可靠性的内标交流示波极谱新方法。
A new method has been advanced for AC oscillopolarographic inner marker working curve. Logarithms of gap ratio which is produced in dE/dt-E curves of metal ion and inner marker ion have been considered as linear with concentrations of metal ion. The concentration of inner marker ion can be calculated by cut and slope in straight line and accuracy of the method can be proved further.
