摘要
制备出一种缓释型的沥青路面用防冰材料,由氯化钙与丙烯酸酯类聚合物,经化学处理而复合而成。合成的丙烯酸酯类聚合物能均匀包覆在氯化钙表面,从而有效控制氯化钙的释放速度,延长防冰材料的使用寿命。应用该防冰材料铺筑的沥青路面能够在0^-10℃内不结冰,防冰材料可缓慢释放,使用年限可达到5~10年,但不影响沥青路面的路用性能。
In the thesis, a anti-freezing material for asphalt pavement was prepared by special chemical process-ing with calcium chloride and acrylate polymers. The rate of release of calcium chloride was effectively controlledby acrylate polymers which evenly encapsulated, so it can prolong the service life of anti-freezing material. The as- phalt pavement which used the release anti-freezing material could unfrozen in 0 - 10℃for 5 -10 years times, but not affected the performance of the road.
