摘要
依据拌合场热料筛分结果,确定了基准沥青混合料配合比,并根据施工现场状况提出了两个优化的生产配合比。在此基础上,对比了不同温度时各组温拌阻燃沥青混合料的体积指标,并切开成型试件观察试件矿料分布情况及空隙布置,最终确定了温拌沥青混合料生产配合比和最低成型温度。
According to the screening results ot hot material m mixing field,the benchmark ot bituminous mixture was determined.And two optimized production mix ratio according to the construction site conditions were put forward. On this basis, the volume index of each warm-mixed flame retardant asphalt mixture were compared at different temperatures.And aggregate distribution and space layout after molding incision specimen were observed.Ultimately the warm mix asphalt production mix ratio and the lowest molding temperature were determined.
