摘要
通过测定不同温度下荧光素钠溶液的荧光偏振度和粘度 ,根据Perrin公式测定荧光素钠的荧光寿命。在pH值为 8 5,溶液浓度为 1 6× 10 -5mol L的条件下 ,测得荧光素钠的荧光寿命为 3 4ns,P <0 .0 2 ,测定方法的准确度较高。
The fluorescence polarity and viscosity of sodium fluorescein solution were measured under different temperatures. According to Perrin formula, the fluorescence lifetime was determined. Under the condition of pH=8.5, C =1.6×10 -5 mol/L, the fluorescence lifetime was 3.4ns, P <0.02. The proposed method has high accuracy.
