摘要
本文报道了一个新的化学发光体系,即檞皮素-H_2O_2-KOH体系。试验了近20种离子,发现钴(Ⅱ)离子对该化学发光体系有最强的催化作用。发光强度与钴(Ⅱ)浓度在0.6~16ng/2.5ml范围内有极好的线性关系。该法测定钴(Ⅱ)的相对标准偏差为6.5%,并且用于测定各种水样和地球化学水系沉积物样品(GSD)中的钴(Ⅱ),结果良好。同时对Cr(Ⅵ)的测定进行了初步探讨。
A new chemiluminescence system, quercetin-KOH-H_2O_2, is developed for the determination of cobalt (Ⅱ) in water samples and geochemical samples. About 20 ions have been tried to enhance the chemiluminescence intensity. Cobalt (Ⅱ) has the highest sensitivity to the chemiluminescence reaction among those ions tested. The enhance chemiluminescence intensity is linearly dependent upon the concentrations of cobalt (Ⅱ) within 0.6 to 16 ng/2.5ml. The relative standard deviation of the determination of Co (Ⅱ) is 6.5% and detection limit is 0.2 ng/ml. Furthermore, the determination of Cr (Ⅵ) has also been primarily studied.
